RULES FOR PURCHASING AND USING A GIFT CARD

• Gift cards can be purchased and used only on the www.escaperoom.lv website
• When purchasing a gift card on the home page, you can choose only its face value.
• A gift card is a non-cash payment instrument that makes it possible to pay for Escape Room services.
• You can't use a gift card several times until it is valued. When you make a settlement with a gift card, it is returned to the administration.
• A gift card can be used by the buyer with other means of payment, a payment card or cash.
• It is not possible to swap a gift card for money. In the event of a loss, the card shall not be renewed.
• A gift card valid for 6 (six) months from the date of its purchase.
• A card that has expired cannot be restored and no money is returned.
• The money paid for Gift Cards is not refundable, except in cases where Gift Cards are purchased in the Online Store and are returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase, or in other cases provided for in these Terms or legal acts. The aforementioned 14-day right of withdrawal guarantee does not apply to Charitable Gifts.
