Team building in Riga with escape rooms
Team building in Riga does not have to take a whole day. In an escape room the whole group spends one hour on the same task: solve the puzzles and get out within 60 minutes. You split into teams of 2 to 5 people, each team plays its own room, and everyone starts at the same time. There are 9 rooms at 3 addresses, with space for up to 48 people in one slot.
The format works for a corporate event because nobody can finish the room alone. One person spots a clue, another works out where it fits, a third keeps an eye on the clock. When the hour is up, the teams meet and compare notes: who got out first, and who ran out of time.
How many people, and which address
Pick the address by headcount. If everyone plays in one building, nobody has to travel afterwards.
- Meierovica bulvāris 14: 4 rooms, up to 22 players at once. This is also where you find the largest room, Sherlock Holmes, which takes up to 7 people.
- Jeruzalemes iela 2/4: 3 rooms, up to 15 players.
- Miera iela 61: 2 rooms, up to 11 players.

Prices: from 60 € per room
For corporate groups the price is per room, not per head. A room costs 60 € on weekdays before 18:00 and 80 € after 18:00 and at weekends. Two rooms on a weekday afternoon before 18:00 come to 120 €.
Book three or more rooms at the same time and the price is no longer fixed: you get an individual offer. Choosing rooms for your team
Most rooms are rated medium. Two are rated hard: House of Mysteries, a horror story for ages 16+, and Journey to Soviet Riga, for ages 14+. Both suit teams that have done escape rooms before.
- First time: start with a medium room. In The Experiment you need no knowledge of chemistry or science; attention, logic and teamwork matter more.
- Mixed teams: put people from different departments together. An hour of shared puzzles shows you how colleagues think in a way a meeting rarely does.
- Age: if teenagers or family members join, check the age limits. They range from 6+ to 16+ depending on the room.
- Something to compare: give every team a room of the same difficulty, and the results after the hour are easier to put side by side.
